Architect's drawing table

1960's original timber Architect's drawing table from France. Easy horizontal to vertical position, can be change from a sitting to a standing position, beautiful rotation mechanism with cylindrical counterweight, and mobile cedar ruler on wheels. Drawing table: 120cm W x 80cm H, 60cm D x 84cm H x 90cm W. Big and strong counterweight for movement of the whole table up and down, has to be seen in action to appreciate the beauty of the design. Dough Bin furniture. The lid comes off and the baker used the inside to mixed together and knead dough ingredients until a uniform malleable ball was formed. Then  rested for few hours, before making that unique French bread. A one off piece  C.1880-1890 from the North of France, condition immaculate.
